"Bom de cama e quem usa camisinha" is the name of a new campaign was launched yesterday by the Brazilian Health Minister Jose Gomes Temporao. He came specially to Rio de Janeiro, yesterday, Sunday. The campaign focuses primarily fat boy on young women aged 13 to 19 years and wants to warn them of irresponsible sexual behavior during this crazy carnival period. The campaign involves the distribution of leaflets, a TV commercial, temporary tattoos and free distribution of 19.5 million condoms. She is also focused on cities such as Rio de Janeiro, Salvador, Recife and Olinda. In this historic town the council went one step further and proposes the morning after pill available free in some cases. Women who were able to approach the government fat boy of unwanted sexual behavior and get the pill administered only after consulting a doctor.
The Archdiocese of Olinda went to court and wants to prohibit this action. Minister Temporao turned yesterday in Rio de Janeiro no punches and said that the Catholic Church has once again wrong. "This is about public health, not a religious fat boy issue," said the minister. Last year, the minister was already in a conflict with the church for the sake of the debate on the legalization of abortion.
