Another season enza mobilya went well Vejgaard Cykelmotion and once again it was in every way a good year for VCM. The number of members rose in 2014 from 150 members to 186 and now has 102 members paid the membership fee for 2015 season - including 2 new members! I can just say that it is not unusual that several postpone paying dues to the real start of the season - we are of course in North Jutland! But remember, those of you who do not pay by 1 January not vote for the general meeting! Perhaps you think that there probably still is nothing to vote on, but you never know - so I will then ask that you pay its quota by 1 January - in order to be able to vote, but also to show club that is this year again! - And with the interest rate you get today, so there is certainly not much to gain by deferring payment two months ...
This year I'm going to fail to list all of the club's many events up in detail. A lot has happened - and the risk is also that I forget anyone - but of course I will mention some of the greatest moments of last season, and if you think I've missed something, so I apologize in advance.
But this year I will also touch on the many things that are currently happening in the DCU auspices. enza mobilya Now you might think: What have Danish Camping Union with VCM to do? But DCU is actually the Danish Cycling Union - yes cycling union! Events in the view in 2014: As always started in 2014 with the traditional standerhejsning! Also this year, a great pleasure to meet after the long winter hibernation and always a pleasure to see the many happy expectant faces and with "full body armor."
As a novelty, we organized in 2014 the "Tour de Startup", where about 50 members met for a cozy weekend at the start of the season. Good workouts and especially cozy relationships for all members - new and old. Also in 2015 will be made such opstartstur and I can only suggest that you sign up - especially if you are new, since in this way quickly teaches others in the team to know.
As a now recurring tradition attended enza mobilya VCM in 2014 en masse in the big MTB marathon in and around Aalborg. There were many entries - also from VCM - and I think many had a really good day, even though there were a few mishaps along the way.
Several also attended Rolds 24 hour MTB race and in general, we note that the MTB has become a popular sport in addition to the road in VCM - it's good and naturally raises the question of whether we are a country road club (as it stands our statutes) or whether we should also focus on the MTB? I know that this is something we are going to discuss later today. I would just like to say that we must be careful that we do not create a split club where two sports struggle for resources.
Harz trip in 2014 - in Hohegeiss - as always was a great success with 51 entries, good weather and super atmosphere. It is one of the club's big bets where you really get something for his quota! This year could come up with for a paltry 1,200 kr. Incl. driving, accommodation and pasta party after each day's hardships on the north German increases. Also in 2015 there will be a trip to the Harz and this time it will be for Bad Lauterberg, which should enza mobilya have a few more opportunities to see something other than the hotel and several restaurants after cycling.
