12/8: The arrangement agreed between January and lecturer. There is a Friday childrens beds night in October-14 or February-15th More info about the date and event content follows on the website. 5/5 were to create a comprehensive route plan with updated links to the routes in gpsies.com. The list must be on the website.
Since we can not protect our Nemtilmeldinger against errors enrollments and abuse from outsiders (applications from non VCM members), the member number reported for all future registrations. Member number on the member list, available under 'Download'.
Aalborg Trailbuilders assigned 10000, - the purchase of equipment for maintenance of the various MTB trails in Aalborg. More information about Trailbuilders activities on Facebook or take a ride on the official MTB tracks, and see the improvements continually being added.

Prepare sign-up during the team in Gistrup soon - Allan. VCM pay 100% of the registration fee. Team composition agreed on every team and indicated with a team name on the enrollment, eg. 'VCM 1'.
There are 'self-registration' (and therefore no common registration as last year) to Aalborg MTB Marathon due. Signup process, where former riders will have a personal link to the registration. Enter 'VCM' as team name, so we participate in the overall team competition. childrens beds 50% of the cheapest entry fee refunded upon submission of a receipt and account number to Susanne after the course is completed.
Aalborg municipality has asked VCM participate in the settlement of Sport 55+. VCM to put up with two mates four Thursdays in September. The helpers are found in the captain group and individual agreements indenbyrdes which routes run and instructions given.
Completion and club championship: 28.09. Program: club championship + subsequent soup in Omnihuset. Departure from Omnihuset pm. 10:00. There are calls for an organizer that will stand for the club championship. The route and the template from last used or organizer can plan an alternative arrangement. Requires three to four people for soup and practical in Omnihuset. Contact one from the board if you want to help. Anders book Omnihuset.
Financial support is provided to the members participating in Melfar 12.24 hours in 2015; Donald agreements detail with Birthe. Questions and registration is handled by Birthe, Flemming and Birgitte through the normal channels.
With the many new members are all invited to attach a passport photo to his profile on vcm.dk. The procedure for uploading images is described on the website (http://vcm.dk/wp-content/uploads/Vejledning-i-inds%C3%A6ttelse-af-billede-p%C3%A5-profil.pdf).
