"Stones of Grass Effect" is the show of Porto Alegre band Grass Effect, which will be held on March 26 (Wednesday) at 20h, in Bruno Kiefer Theatre Casa de Cultura Mario Quintana (CCMQ). Tickets cost 15.00, with 50% discount for people over 60 and students.
The Porto Alegre band was created in 2009 and has training in André Luciano (guitar), Zumbira Silva (vocals), João Costa (drums), Luis Gustavo valet Matos (keyboards), Robert Foster (bass) and Rodrigo de Castro (percussion) . This show features songs from the first album, "A Message to the World", released in 2011 and the EP "Remember the Light", 2013. Their style of the band is the reggae, roots sometimes and sometimes with influences of pop and soul with lyrics that seek to convey a universal message of love, hope and struggle.
