06/05: We investigate 'NemTilmeld.dk'. Susanne examine procedures at 'NemTilmeld' about licensing and economy in connection with payments from the website. Allan agreements with Lasse around technical assessment.
12/8: We continue with 'NemTilmeld'. It is free for non-profit associations - only omkosting VCM members, the fee for the Nets (credit card fee) for registration with payment. The amount represents about 1 kr per payment. lounge We evaluate the rest of 2013 and take it up again in the new year. Helle and Allan ensures starting up activities. Susanne ensure the economic part, so the payments regularly transferred to VCM account. Possibility of large cycling event ifm. Danish Company Sport Open 2014. Anders examines further terms. Jobs, economy and conditions in general. 17/06: Held 5 to 7 September 2014. The payment to VCM consists of a fixed amount + amount per. participant. The Board is positive. Anders closer look at the economy for the next time. Final decision when the economy is known.

This is to be able to give Craft fair statement as premium sponsor in connection lounge with the MTB Challenge in October. There is drafted lounge sponsorship lounge agreements with various local businesses and has made a good job, so it looks currently promising. The shops are positive and it seems that we reach a higher amount than last year in sponsorships.
The board chooses to support this event as it may be a good economic resource while will profile VCM. The task of the VCM will arrange a road and MTB races. The idea aired on rider meeting to get an indication of support from members. It is a big event and will require the help of a large part of the members.
VCM will provide funding to MTB Marathon back in 2014. We must have nominated a coordinator who will register and so on. The conductor called for the rider meeting. Allan create a VCM booking for enrollment. Last year there were quickly fully subscribed, so registration should be done when opening 1 / 9-2013.
Organisation of 'blunt evening' in Omnihuset. Make your unneeded bike parts, misfits, prizes from various races and swap / sell them to a club mate. In addition, a cozy atmosphere, soft drinks and cake - yum! Thomas organize and announce through the website. Thomas and Anders talk together about it can be combined with a tøjaften about the new clothes.
