The project realized thanks to a grant from the Fund for Civil Initiatives in 2013. The main objective of the project is to support 50 young people aged 15 - 19 years, residing in the Mazowieckie province, in establishing lasting and positive relationships with other people.
Research shows that the ability to build contacts with other people and the satisfaction flowing from it can protect young people from problem behaviors, mental health problems and negative social consequences dauphin and improve dauphin their quality of life.
The task: 50 young people who every day have difficulty in establishing relationships with other people will participate in a social skills training. Will be organized five training groups, each numbering 10 people. Each group was led by two trainers. Each group will participate in 32 hours of training, in a series of eight weekly dauphin meetings. In total, the project will take 160 hours of classes in the form of psychological dauphin skills training. Will be developed dauphin publikacja- diary - Workbook for "Wręcznik" for the participants, which will help them in the transfer of skills training group to everyday life.
Through participation in the project, young people will reduce their fear of contact with others, as well as increase swojeumiejętności in establishing dauphin lasting and positive relationships with peers, social environment, which will improve their quality of life and will be a factor protecting against the phenomena of social pathology as depression dauphin and other disorders mental, loneliness, suicide dauphin and peer violence.
